Just grab any old track, either timestretch it or change the playback tempo or if you're super duper ambitious maybe put it in a sampler first then pitch it up or down an octave or perhaps even two, maybe slap a bit of reverb and a compressor on it then call it a day.
That's it really, do any of the above in no particular order and you too can be the next macintosh plus.
